out-of-character information
name ( something to call you, an alias is fine )
contact ( aim, email, or just instructions to pm, this will be going on the game contact list )
examples ( one third person sample, one first person, and compilation journals are fine )

journal ( linked | unlinked )
pb ( please include a link to a high quality image of the person )

in-character information
character name ( first, middle, and last, please. and no, you cannot play long lost relatives of the tv characters )
character callsign ( this is the codename they're known by on the humans-only network )
character age/birthday ( keep this realistic, especially in regards to your pb. jude law is not fifteen, zac efron is not thirty )
character location ( where in the world do they live )
character affiliation ( cylon, resistance, or neutral )
character occupation ( anything they do that might be helpful, such as doctor, pilot, black market leader, etc. be creative! )

character history ( bullet points are fine, as are normal biographies, and you might want to include something about the character's personality just so characters will know how your character is )

other skills ( this is optional, but if there's anything else you'd like to include )
